LOVE THESE

I'm 5'2" and usually an athletic build but let's face it, quarantine and the holidays got me a little. Needed longer shorts to help get myself back into the running/workout groove. These did not disappoint!! They are so comfortable and do not move! I have so many pairs that after the first step are up my thighs. Based on a review I saw, I went up in size. I generally wear a size 6-8 or a medium and went with a size L. Definitely a good choice. I think they are perfect for when I lose a little weight and tone up but still fit great now without making my legs look fat around the seams. I'm short and they come to about 2 inches above my knee.

Feels great, looks weird.

These shorts are very comfortable to work out in. I lift and run so these are versatile and do not have any show-through when I do squats. The thing I really do not like is the seams on the thighs of these shorts. The seams make my thighs look like a busted can of biscuits, and like I’m unsuccessfully trying to squeeze into clothes that are too tight, neither of which are true! It’s so strange because truly these shorts feel awesome, I cannot feel these awkward looking seams. However, because of how the shorts make my thighs look, I will most likely never wear them in public. Please make shorts with this same inseam, but with more flattering design!

Comfortable but weird seams

These shorts are actually super comfortable. I can lift and run in them and nothing digs in or pulls anywhere. The material is stretchy and soft, and the pockets are a great bonus.

However, the seams on the thighs is very strange. They make my thighs look like a busted can of biscuits, yikes! I wish the seams were not in the spot they’re in for this reason. I’m 5’3” and 147lb and I bought a medium. I think the size is spot on, just the design is very unflattering. That being said, I will gladly wear these to work out in... but only at home. Please make more long inseam shorts like this, but better design.

Top quality Gear

I got my wife the Cadence shorts in plum and the green for Christmas. They are the 4th and 5th pairs of Cadence shorts for her and she loves them. Says they are the perfect workout shorts for riding and doing workouts on her Pelotan. I like the quality, great service and how good she looks in them😉!

Measure Your Rib Cage:

Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch. This is your rib cage measurement, which you’ll need to figure out your band and cup size.

Figure out your band size:

Take your rib cage measurement from step 1 and read across the chart below to find your band size

Figure out your cup size - This is a 2-step process:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

Calculate Your Size:

On our Large and X-Large Training Shorts, the length measures the same. From the waist band to the crotch its 8” in length and the inseam (from the crotch to the end of the shorts) is 5”. These shorts run shorter in length as you go up in size to more closely mimic our men’s training shorts which are a 7” inseam.
